Apparatus Classes CURRENT APPARATUS SCHEDULE Tuesday Friday Saturday *apparatus classes are by appointment Descriptions Springboard/TOWER class - This class is a fusion of intermediate level Pilates mat work and a series of spring resistance exercises offered on the Tower and the Cadillac. REFORMER class - A choreographed full body workout on The Universal Reformer. Lengthen and strengthen with power, precision and flow. WUNDA CHAIR/MAT - Intermediate Pilates mat work combined with the spring resistance of the Wunda Chair. Take your core strength to a new level! PILATES CIRCUIT class - An advanced level apparatus class. Students will move through varied exercises on different pieces of the Pilates apparatus in a fast paced choregraphed class. INTRO to APPARATUS - A 4-week series taught by PowerFlowPilates owner, Melanie Johnson in semi private sessions designed to introduce the students to basic exercises on all of the Pilates apparatus. Classes will also include Pilates fundamentals and principles. Prerequesite: Students MUST have a strong understanding of Pilates Mat exercises, fundamentals and principles.
